250 single family homes and townhomes in the hills of Porter Ranch. The community is
built out and includes a community swimming pool.
Client Objective:
The HOA board was having a gatehouse built and wanted to communicate
construction progress with residents via the web.
They were looking for a professional website that
would reflect the beauty of their community. They also
wanted to be able to communicate with their residents about
current issues and events and increase resident participation in
the association.
Both the HOA and the management company wanted the site to
